☑ This service is for business owners who use Acuity Booking Sites. This service is DESIGN ONLY. Before purchasing, you must have an Acuity account and plan already set up.

Refund Policy:

☑ All services are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE! Once design process has begun and first draft concepts are sent out, there will be absolutely no refunds issued.

Turnaround Time: 

☑ The turnaround time for this service is 10-14 business days. Weekends, holidays, and revisions are NOT included in the turnaround time. If needing a rush service, please make sure to add that your cart at checkout.

☑ All revisions will be an additional 3-5 days. 

After Purchasing Instructions:

☑ It is mandatory that you email  all required information for your selected service to (graphicsbyjlexis@gmail.com) within 48 hours after booking. Failure to email your information by the deadline will result in your order being cancelled.

Service Requirements: 

☑ For this specific service, It is required that all clients must have and submit high quality photos for the best quality design. Please have all of your information ready and typed out prior to booking. We will NOT accept any screenshots of your information. 

☑ All logos must be sent in a .png (transparent) file via email. 

Revisions:

☑ All clients are granted a total of three free revisions (font, color, or element placement change). Any additional revisions needed after the third revision has been applied will be an additional $15 PER revision. 

Service Files:

Design files will come in the following formats:

☑ JPEG and PNG

☑ PDF (Must be requested, additional fee)

☑ PSD (Must be requested, additional fee)
