Terms and Conditions

Payments and Refund Policy:

☑ The full payment for all services must be submitted upfront before any service is completed. All services are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE! Once the design process has begun and first draft concepts are sent out, there will be absolutely no refunds issued.

 

Turnaround Time: 

☑ Turnaround times vary depending on the selected service. The turnaround time for all branding and advertisement is 7-14 business days. Please keep in mind that weekends, holidays, and revisions are NOT included in the turnaround time. 

☑ Revisions are an additional 3-5 days. Rush fee orders are to be added at checkout. 

  

Communication/Updates:

☑It is important that all communication must be done within a timely manner between both the client and designer. If client has not communicated with the designer within 10 business days of the original purchase date, their project will be subject to pre-termination and will be considered a ghosting client. All ghosting clients must pay an additional $25 for the design process to be continued.

☑ If client has not communicated with the designer within 30 business days of the original purchase date, their project will be subject to permanent termination, and the client will not be able to book again in the future.

Files and Revisions:

 ☑ All clients will receive the following file formats depending on their service (JPEG, PNG, and PDF).  PSD files will NOT be provided to the clients unless requested and will be an additional $10.

 

REVISIONS:

 ☑ All clients will be granted a total of (3) free revisions for all services. Revisions include: font changes, color changes, element placement, etc. Any additional revisions requested after the third one has been applied will result in an additional fee of $15 PER extra revision.

REDESIGNS: 

  ☑ Logo Services: If client is requesting to receive more logo concepts, it will be a redesign fee assigned to client. 

 ☑ Once a client has approved of a design and final files have been sent, no additional revisions can be made. If a client is requesting a revision, a redesign fee will be assigned to client.
